Terry and Althea Libby of Cherry Creek announce the engagement of their daughter, Felicia Libby, to Joshua McQuiggan. McQuiggan is the son of Linda Cook of Erie, Pa., and Michael and Lynne McQuiggan of Dunkirk.
The bride-to-be and her prospective groom are both employed at Cott Corporations, formerly Cliffstar in Dunkirk.
An October 2013 wedding is being planned.
