OBSERVER Staff Report
An accident was reported on the Thruway this evening. Local departments and State Police were called to an accident involving a tractor trailer on the I-90 East, west of the Dunkirk exit around 7 p.m.
At 8:30 p.m. State Police and emergency personnel were still on the scene. A dispatcher from the State Police Thruway Barracks in Dunkirk said troopers were still investigating the accident and further details will be released later.
