SILVER CREEK - The Festival of Grapes Pageant will be held on Saturday at 6:45 p.m. at the Silver Creek Central School on Dickinson Street. The contestants are made up of Little Miss, Junior Miss and Miss Festival participants.
Master of Ceremonies will be Mark James, co-host of the Mark and Lindsey morning show, weekday mornings on KIX Country 96.5 and 100.3. He has previously emceed a Miss Continental USA Pageant and numerous major concerts and events.
Tickets are $3 and free for anyone 5 years old and under.

The pageant will kick off the weekend of all events that will take place.
Opening ceremonies will be held Sept. 13 at 6 p.m.
Grape stomping follows opening ceremonies.
Grand parade Sunday at 1 p.m.
Festival headquarters at the Pennysaver building will be open to purchase merchandise.
Wine tasting is returning this year at the tennis court.
