The OBSERVER recently was sent a press release regarding a 2010 accident involving a vehicle owned by Village of Fredonia Police Chief Bradley Meyers.
The accident report shows a 1995 pickup truck registered to Chief Meyers struck a building at 38 W. Main on June 16, 2010 at about 8:20 a.m.
It is alleged the truck was legally parked when it came out of gear and rolled across the street before striking the building with the rear passenger end of the vehicle.
According to the report, no charges were filed.
