Douglas J. Kozlowski, 59, of Blairsville, Pennsylvania, passed away on Monday, September 17, 2012 at his residence.
Born June 25, 1953 in Dunkirk, New York, Douglas was a son of the late Joseph and Elaine (Fafinski) Kozlowski.
He was a former employee of Shop-n-Save, Latrobe, Pennsylvania.
Douglas is survived by his wife, Susan (Anzalone) Kozlowski of Blairsville, Pennsylvania; a stepson, Steven Dietzen and wife, Gretchen of Eden, New York; a sister, Deborah Fink and husband, Gordan of Williamsville, New York; four grandchildren, Kyle, Aiden, Alexander and Ethan, and two nephews, Daniel and Jason.
There will be no public visitations. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Hedwig's Church, 324 Townsend Street, Dunkirk, New York, 14048 on Saturday, September 22, 2012, at 10:00 AM. Arrangements handled by the John J. Lopatich Funeral Home, Inc., 601 Weldon Street, Latrobe, PA 15650.
