The Fredonia Lady Hillbillies (7-1) swept the Maple Grove Lady Red Dragons (2-3) on Friday in girls' non-league high school tennis.
"I think the girls are all playing well," Fredonia coach Mike Hirschbeck said. "They certainly have had a good year. They all are doing a good job and playing well."
In first singles, Georgianna Gens handled Corinne Cardinale, 6-3, 6-2 while in second singles, Baylee Tarnowski took care of Christina Walter, 6-3, 6-1. Lauren Millson won her third singles match with a 6-2, 7-6 win over Morgan Leham.
The first doubles team of Dana Wirojratana and Marina Kessler defeated Paige Bentham and Sam Hallett, 6-1, 6-4. In second singles, Cheyanne Gifford and Sarah Zinni were victorious over Meghan Allenson and Emily Pembridge, 6-2, 6-4.
Fredonia returns to action Monday when it hosts unbeaten and untested Southwestern.
