FRENCH CREEK - Jilian Chludzinski, 29, of Cheektowaga was charged with second-degree menacing, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon on Friday at about 11 p.m.
Sheriff's deputies responded to Peek 'n Peak. According to witnesses, Chludzinski was a patron at the Regency Pub in the hotel with a wedding reception.
The bar manager reportedly informed her and the other bartenders that she was not to be served any additional alcohol due to her visible intoxication.
Chludzinski allegedly threatened to stab the bar manager.
Reportedly, she returned to the bar moments later and attempted to be served.
She was again denied alcohol, and reportedly pulled a knife and swung it at the bar manager in an attempt to stab the manager.
A security officer was present and disarmed and detained her until deputies arrived.
Chludzinski was arraigned in The Town of French Creek Court and was sent to the Chautauqua County Jail with bail set at $4,000.
