MAYVILLE - The Westfield-Brocton Wolverines (5-4) blanked the Chautauqua Lake Thunderbirds (2-7, 2-5), 2-0, Friday in boys' non-league high school soccer action.
Bryce Bentham opened the scoring off a feed from Liam Tennies at the 26-minute mark and Jacob Fish concluded the scoring eight minutes later for the 2-0 victory.
Ty Bentham was the winning goalie with four saves while his counterpart, James Latimer, made six saves in a losing effort.

Paige Sirwatka and Mikaela Swanson accounted for the scoring and Alex Novotny had an assist.
Jamie Hehir was the losing goalie with eight saves and Warren Nickerson was the winning goalie.
