October 1, 2012
The OBSERVER

SOUTH DAYTON - Cattaraugus County Bank (CCB) recently opened the doors of its newest location to the public. Located at 517 Pine St. in South Dayton, the new 2,300 sq. ft. building provides customer access and service through three indoor teller stations and one ADA-compatible service window, a new accounts area, a manager's office for private financial discussions, a conference room for meetings and loan closings, computer access for customers and of course, an employee kitchenette and restrooms. In addition, there is a drive-thru lane, a drive-up ATM for express service, a night drop, convenient parking and a hitching post. This is a full service branch with a banking staff ready to handle and meet all of the financial needs of present and future customers.

"We are very pleased we could invest time, energy and money in the South Dayton/Cherry Creek area. Unifying our existing branches in Cherry Creek and South Dayton and building a state-of-the-art facility was an absolute necessity," CCB President and CEO Sal Marranca stated. "2012 marks CCB's 110th year of business. We are excited to bring to the area an appealing, modern facility. Of note is the fact that this new facility comes with expanded hours of operation. I'm pleased to announce it will be open on Saturday mornings from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. The dynamic of our strong, independent bank forms the foundation for our vision as a community bank that was born to serve our customers a bank that was built to endure."

A grand opening celebration week is planned for Oct. 1-5. Friends and customers can stop in, be treated to a CCB giveaway, enjoy refreshments and enter to win a beautiful, handmade Amish quilt. Radio station WGWE will be on site on Wednesday, Oct. 3 from noon to 2 p.m. with hot dogs and beverages. The public can stop by for lunch that day!
