Lady Golden Falcon, Carolyn Becker, got her squad off on the right foot with a 6-2, 6-2, straight-set win over Lady Thunderbird, Sam Robbins.
In second singles, Falconer's Allison Munella dropped Chautauqua Lake's Dori Ruff, 7-6 (7-0), 6-0, while in third singles, Emma Black gave the Lady Golden Falcons a 3-0 lead with her 6-3, 6-0, win over Jenelle Senske.

Rebecca Hartling and Elizabeth Becker pushed Falconer's lead to 4-0 after defeating Megan Stahlsmith and Charity Ludwig, 4-6, 6-2, 7-6 (7-3), in a marathon match that lasted 2-1/2 hours.
Fredonia 5, Olean 0
OLEAN - Fredonia (10-2) continued to steamroll its opponents with a sweep of Olean, Wednesday in CCAA Division 1 girls tennis.
Georgianna Gens and Baylee Tarnowski both recorded 6-0, 6-0 wins in their first and second singles matches, respectively.
Lauren Milson had to work a little bit harder, but got the job done against Olean's Amanda Fox in third singles, 7-6, 3-6, 7-6.
In first doubles, Dana Wirojratana and Marina Kessler took care of business against Soumitri Barua and Morgan Smith, 6-4, 6-3.
Fredonia won second doubles by default after an Olean player got sick mid-match.
Jamestown 4, Dunkirk 1
Jamestown overcame a first singles loss and downed Dunkirk, 4-1, Wednesday in CCAA Division 1 girls' tennis.
Josalyn Szwejbka had to work overtime to earn Dunkirk's lone win. After Jamestown's Abby Wisner won the first set 6-1, Szwejbka bounced back to win the second set 6-4. The third set went to a tiebreaker, where Szwejbka came out on top, 14-12.
"It was a very tight match," Dunkirk coach Greg Catalano said. "I told her she had to buckle down. She believed in herself and did it. It was an amazing match."
The rest of the contest was all Jamestown.
Chloe Knapp defeated Dunkirk's Crystal Mueller, 6-3, 6-3 and Hannah Silcle beat Ally Clement, 6-0, 6-0 in the other singles matches.
Kim Linquist and Morgan Deppas gave the Lady Red Raiders a win in first doubles, 6-0, 6-0 over Ashley Rojas and Yadera Bautista while the second doubles team of Lucy Tannes and Rosa Velazquez overcame Anna Bautista and Sydney Wyant, 6-2, 6-1.
"We had a couple of rookies playing," Catalano added. "They were nervous but they held on pretty well."
Dunkirk hosts rival Fredonia today.
