Jim Pokoj, member of the AM Lockport Players, will return to Dunkirk on Saturday to present "Dying for a Date." This "whodunit" includes an eight person cast and provides an evening of entertainment. The night will be hosted at the American Legion Post 62 in Dunkirk and includes: show, elegant dinner, 50/50 and theme basket raffle.
Tickets for the night are $25 each or two/$40 and may be purchased at Northern Chautauqua Catholic School (NCCS), Add Lumber, Matt's News and One Stop. There are a limited number of tickets which are going fast. All proceeds from the night will benefit NCCS's 2012-2013 fundraising efforts.
Pokoj is a graduate of both St. Hyacinth's Catholic School and Dunkirk Senior High School. Currently his two nieces attend NCCS and he wanted to give back some of his time, talent and treasure to the community. The AM Lockport Players have been a murder mystery dinner theatre since 1990.
