Anthony B. West, 32, of Maple Avenue was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny on Oct. 6.

Jose A. Rivera, 35, of East Second street was charged with having no insurance and suspended registration Oct. 6.

Joseph L. McKoy, 66, of Central Avenue was charged with having no registration on Oct. 6.
Xavier Jimenez, 23, of Monroe Street was charged with violating the noise ordinance and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation on Oct. 7.
Sterling C. Patterson, 54, of Brocton was charged with failure to stop at a red light on Oct. 7.
Lyman Fisher, 27, of Kosciuszko Avenue was charged with second-degree harassment on Oct. 8.
Jamale L. Jemison, 32, of King Street was charged with second-degree harassment on Oct. 8 on a previous charge.
State Police at Jamestown
Troopers charged James Surrena, 42, of Jamestown for felony aggravated driving while intoxicated Tuesday.
Surrena was pulled over on East 2nd Street in Jamestown for driving erratically. He reportedly failed several field sobriety tests. He was transported to state police barracks at Jamestown where he provided a breath sample reported to be .18 percent. Because Surrena's driving record revealed a driving while intoxicated violation in the past 10 years, the charge was upgraded to a felony.
Surrena was processed, and taken to Jamestown City Jail, pending arraignment.
CLYMER - On Monday, troopers charged Timothy Hostetler, 17, of Clymer with fourth-degree criminal mischief in connection with property damage.
Troopers responded to a resident's report of vandalism. They report that Hostetler drove his buggy in an intoxicated condition down Mina-French Creek Road and lost consciousness. Reportedly, the buggy exited the highway and caused several hundred dollars worth of damage to the complainant's garden and truck.
Hostetler was processed at state police barracks in Jamestown and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Mina Court later this month.

Alyssa Breighner, 24, of Dunkirk, pleaded guilty to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and was fined $285.
David J. Dengler, 55, of Fredonia, pleaded guilty to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and was fined $285.
Hannah Dillenburg, 21, of Buffalo, pleaded guilty to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and was fined $285.
Z. Iliohan-Blumepif, 22, of Lighthouse Point, Silver Creek, pleaded guilty to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and was fined $285.
Michael A. Orazio, 41, of Forestville, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was fined $200.
Raymond P. Ross, 22, of Buffalo, pleaded guilty to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and was fined $285.
David R. Russell, 32, of Fredonia, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to time served, 20 days in Chautauqua County Jail, and $205 surcharge.
Neal R. Sikorski, 58, of Irving, pleaded guilty to driving while ability impaired and was fined $560 and his license was suspended.
Joseph R. Sprauer, 21, of Cheektowaga, pleaded guilty to breach of peace and was fined $100.
Christopher D. Thompson, 19, of Angola, pleaded guilty to driving while ability impaired and was fined $560. His license was suspended for 1 year.
Jonathan Valenti, 23, of Oak St, Silver Creek, pleaded guilty to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and was fined $285.
