Division 2

Randolph 6, Silver Creek 0

SILVER CREEK - Dustin Botzemeyer's first-half hat trick was all Randolph (11-1-0) needed Tuesday, as the Cardinals took care of CCAA Division 2 foe Silver Creek (3-8-1), 6-0.

Matt Born and Micah Kehoe each added goals in the first half as well for the Cardinals while Alex Shipherd rounded out the scoring in the second half, for the 6-0 final.

Nick Carpenter made two saves in net for Randolph while Phil Hanson and Dan Sweetman split time between the pipes for the Black Knights.

Division 3

North Collins 1, Maple Grove 0

NORTH COLLINS - For the second time in as many weeks, North Collins' Jared Keppel netted a game-winning goal as the Eagles (10-1) blanked Maple Grove (10-1-1), 1-0, Tuesday in double overtime of a Division 3 boys' high school soccer game.

This goal may be more meaningful as it handed the Red Dragons their first loss of the season and put the two teams in a two-way tie for first place.

Keppel netted the game-winner 2:13 into the 10-minute overtime for the victory. Todd Youngman was credited with the assist. It was Keppel's 10th goal of the season.
