JAMESTOWN - Hilary Corna, author of "One White Face," will present "Create Your Own Opportunity and Embrace Your Potential: I Dare You" at noon on Oct. 17 in the Carnahan Theatre on Jamestown Community College's Jamestown Cam-pus.
The program is free and open to the public.
One White Face recounts Corna's experience working overseas shortly after college as senior executive officer and kaizen leader for Toyota in Singapore. Referred to as the "Gen Y version of Eat, Pray, Love," her book has been featured in Forbes-Woman and The New York

Hilary Corna
Corna, a 2003 Coca-Cola Scholar, studied at Kansai Gaidai University in Osaka, Japan. She graduated from Elon University with bachelor's degrees in international business and Asian/Pacific studies and a minor in Japanese. She has been featured in a Pearson Business Communication textbook, is a TED presenter and has worked in six Asian countries.
Corna's visit, in partnership with Toyota Motor USA, is part of a tour among State University of New York colleges this fall.
Her presentation is designed to inspire SUNY students to explore international opportunities and to work overseas in the early years of their careers.
