Dunkirk Mayor A.J. Dolce is inviting city residents to be a part of the unveiling of the 2013 budget proposal on Friday morning.
The event will take place at 11 a.m. in the mayor's conference room on the second-floor of City Hall, which is on Central Avenue. The budget is the first prepared by Dolce since he took office in January.
Reporters and residents are invited to ask questions once the presentation is complete.
