Editor, OBSERVER:
Arkwright town Supervisor Frederic Norton has issued a most dictatorial order recently (Oct. 7) in the OBSERVER: "We should not be telling other entities what to do."
Mr. Norton is ordering we, the people of Arkwright, and Dunkirk, Jamestown Silver Creek, etc., not to express our opinions directly or through our elected representatives!
We must presume that he flip-flops when it comes to Altitude Health Services profiteers who are telling the people of Arkwright and all the citizens of the county what to do with our glorious gem of a skilled nursing facility which takes loving care of a needy grandparent, and aged mother or father or other loved ones and our neighbors at the Chautauqua County Home.
