Robert T. Boorady of Dunkirk, NY. Born December 16, 1932. Loving father of James (Sheri) and Lynn (Joseph Hayden) Boorady. Brother of

Richard and the late Norman, Edward and Frederick and his late sisters Rebecca and Edna (Betty). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. A Boy Scout as a youth, his favorite memory was of being the mayor of Dunkirk for a day. He was a 1952 graduate of Dunkirk High

School and attended Niagara University (Niagara Falls, NY) and the University of Dayton (OH). He owned and operated Andy's Grocery Store and Gas Station (also commonly known as "Bob's Store" by locals) in Van Buren for 51 years and was known and loved by four generations of cus-tomers. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and the Grand Island Rotary Club where he loved to volunteer in the snack

booth at the Miracle League ball field. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial which will be celebrated Saturday

morning at 10 o'clock in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the McGraw-Kowal Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Niagara Universtiy, P.O. Box 2008, Niagara University, NY
