Fredonia Police

Carla L. Mangus, 26, of Water Street was charged with second-degree harassment on Oct. 31. Mangus was taken into custody on a criminal summons for an incident that occurred on Oct. 7. She was sent to court for arraignment.

Jacob C. Westling, 21, of Dunkirk was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief on Nov. 1. Police responded to a residence on East Main Street for the report of a broken window at 1:57 a.m. Upon arrival, Westling appeared to be highly intoxicated. He was held at Fredonia Police.

Francis B. Ibitoye, 24, of West Main Street was charged with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief on Nov. 1. Police responded to a domestic dispute on West Main Street at 12:53 a.m. Ibitoye allegedly pushed a victim down stairs following an argument. He was held pending arraignment.

Carmen M. Bonilla, 41, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny and third-degree criminal trespass on Nov. 2. Police were called to Walmart at 2:42 p.m. where Bonilla allegedly stole 17 items totaling $127.48. She was held on $500 bail.

Jaraleyn Eve Majak, 23, of Wisteria Drive was charged with a warrant on Nov. 2. Fredonia Police responded to Majak's residence to take her into custody on two family court warrants. Majak was turned over to the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office.

Joseph E. Brunka, 21, of Cheektowaga was charged with having an open container on Nov. 2. At 11:55 p.m. police observed Brunka walking on Temple Street with an open container. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Ryan M. Perry, 26, of Dunkirk, Andrew W. Mullen, 32, of McAllister Road and Angel L. Baez, 21, of Irving, were all charged on Nov. 3 following a fight. Police responded to the east municipal parking lot at 2:30 a.m. for the report of a fight. Upon arrival, police found Perry had punched and shoved two females. He was charged with two counts of second-degree harassment. Mullen bumped into police while they were trying to break up the fight. Police told Mullen to leave the scene but he failed to do so. He was charged with disorderly conduct. Baez had pushed another person while police were trying to break up the fight. He was charged with disorderly conduct. All three males were released on an appearance ticket.

Alanna J. Shelley, 20, of Buffalo was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol, littering and having an open container on Nov. 3. Police observed Shelley throw a bottle to the ground in a village parking lot at 12:06 a.m. She was released on an appearance ticket.

Brittany E. Hopper, 20, of Cassadaga was charged with violating the sewer ordinance on Nov. 4. At 1:24 a.m. police observed her urinating in a parking lot on Water Street. She was released on an appearance ticket.

Austin T. Syper, 34, of Brocton was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle on Nov. 5. Syper was pulled over on East Main Street at 5:45 p.m. and found to have a suspended license. Syper was released on an appearance ticket.

Brooke L. Antolini, 30, of Water Street was charged with second-degree harassment, criminal mischief and second-degree criminal trespass on Nov. 6. At 6:45 a.m. Antolini came to Fredonia Police following an incident that happened in the evening of Nov. 5. Antolini allegedly entered a residence and harassed a victim inside by striking her in the face. She also broke a candle by throwing it into a wall. She was released on an appearance ticket.
