CASSADAGA - Anna B. Dawley, 81 of Cassadaga, died Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2012 at Heritage Village Rehab and Skilled Nursing.
Born Sept. 22, 1931 in Silver Creek, daughter of the late Francis and Ada Cole Dawley. She was a Chautauqua County resident for most of her life.
She was employed as a nurse's aide for over 40 years. She worked for private individuals, Chautauqua County Home and Willcare of Jamestown, retiring in 1990.

Anna loved animals in particular dogs and cats, cooking and baking, classic movies, especially John Wayne, country and western music and most of all time spent with her loving family.
Mother of Charles Crates of Cassadaga, Laura (late Robert) Higgs and Wendy (William Sr.) Burch, all of Brocton; grandmother of 7; great-grandmother of 11; sister of Mary Stafford of Oil City, PA and the late Elmer Dawley Sr. Also survived by nieces and nephews.
Funeral service 11 a.m. Friday in Jordan Funeral Home, Sinclairville. Visitation 4-7 p.m. Thursday. Inurnment at Sunset Hill Cemetery.
