Forestville woman charged in harassment, choking incident
FORESTVILLE - A 45-year-old village woman was in Chautauqua County Jail after an alleged harassment and choking.
Chautauqua County sheriff's deputies report Cindysue Hale was involved in an altercation on Thanksgiving morning at 5 at a village residence. She was charged with second-degree harassment, criminal obstruction of breathing and second-degree unlawful imprisonment.
She was arraigned in Town of Hanover Court. Deputies were assisted by the Silver Creek police.

HANOVER - Donna Ostrye, 42, of Irving was charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration on Nov. 20. Sheriff deputies, along with Silver Creek Police, were attempting to serve an arrest warrant on Beebe Road at 7:54 p.m. when Ostrye allegedly obstructed officers and attempted to prevent the wanted subject from being arrested.
She was issued an appearance ticket for the Hanover Town Court.
