Due to the boil-water order in the village, Fredonia Central Schools has canceled all afternoon and evening after-school activities.
In addition, the district is offering bottled water to students who have requested it.
In a phone message by the district today, it is reported that all drinking fountains have been turned off and students are asked to consider bringing bottled water with them on Thursday. District officials also noted that safety precautions are being taken in the cafeteria as well.
