SILVER CREEK - Santa and Mrs. Claus are taking time from their busy holiday schedule to come to Silver Creek on Saturday from noon to 3 p.m. Children will have an opportunity to visit with Santa next to the warm cozy fireplace inside The Backline lobby, located on the Village Square in downtown Silver Creek.
Each child will have a chance to sit with Santa and Mrs. Claus and tell them what they are wishing for this Christmas. Every child will also receive a goody bag and a candy cane. Bring your camera to get a photo of jolly old Santa and one of his real reindeer.
The community is invited to share in the holiday cheer. This free event also features Christmas cookie decorating, face-painting and holiday T-shirt decorating. T-shirts are being provided by Stitchez Unlimited and will be available to the first 200 children. There will also be horse-drawn carriage rides from noon until 2 p.m.
