Arnold L. Sipp Sr., 77, of Falls Mills, Va., formerly of Dunkirk, NY died Nov. 18, 2012 at Bluefield Regional Medical Center.
Born May 9, 1935 in Coopers, W.Va., the son of the late Jessie Sipp and Ethel Honaker Sipp.
Arnold was a member of Liberty Chapel Church. He was formerly employed at Dunkirk Radiator Corp. with 40 years of service. He was a member of the U.S. Steel Workers Union No. 2693.
Arnold was a former member of Dom Polski, Lakeside Club, Kosciuszko Club, WWII Veterans and Fourth Ward Falcons Club.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Fannie E. Hoops Sipp; his second wife, E. Louise Crigger Sipp; sister, Betty L. Baldwin; daughter Linda L. Taggasell; and grand-daughter, Elizabeth Sipp.
Survivors include sons, Arnold L. Sipp Jr. and Jesse A. (Deb) Sipp, both of Pocahontas, Va., Dean (Linda) Jasinski of Dunkirk, NY, Frank (Mae) Crigger of Bluefield, Va.; daughters, Diane (Mike) Sedlacek and Anna (Keith) Houser, both of Dunkirk, NY; Verna (Dick) Boyle of Bradford, Pa., Sandra (Tom) Cox of Bluestone, Va.; sisters, Mae (Frank) Crigger of Bluefield, VA., Lorraine Catron of Pocahontas, Va.; 17 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
