Blessed Mary Angela Parish announces a very special Advent/Christmas concert to be held on Sunday, Dec. 9, at 4 p.m. at St. Hyacinth's Church, 295 Lake Shore Drive East in Dunkirk. The concert will feature soprano Brittany Mruczek who has performed with world-renowned artists during her musical career.
Mruczek has released two Christmas CDs featuring a combination of Polish Koledy, English and Italian hymns. She will perform musical selections in all three languages at the concert accompanied on guitar by Steven Kroczynski.
The public is invited to the performance to enjoy the sounds of the season. There is no admission charge, but a free-will offering will be accepted. Everyone is invited to a light reception in the Lyceum building, adjacent to the church, following the concert.
