POMFRET - Andrew W. Campaign, 39, of Fredonia was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, felony first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operating a motor vehicle not equipped with an interlock device, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and failure to signal on Nov. 29. At 1:08 a.m. deputies stopped Campaign's vehicle for failure to use turn signal on Fredonia-Stockton Road. During the course of the investigation, Campaign was found to be intoxicated. He was arraigned in Pomfret Town Court and committed to Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of bail.

WESTFIELD - Michael S. Sexton, 36, of Erie, Pa. was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree burglary, a felony, on Nov. 30. At 1:45 a.m. deputies responded to the report of Sexton kicking down a door at a residence on Route 20 in the town of Westfield. Sexton left before deputies arrived but his vehicle was noticed by Westfield Police. Sexton ran from his vehicle and a short foot pursuit occurred. He was arraigned in Westfield Town Court. Westfield Police charged Sexton with multiple charges including driving while intoxicated. He was remanded to Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash or $20,000 property.

RIPLEY - James M. Harris, 34, of Ripley was charged with second-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child on Nov. 30. He was taken into custody on an arrest warrant through the Town of Ripley Court from an incident that occurred on Nov. 10. Harris allegedly hit a transfer station employee with his vehicle at the Ripley Town Barns. Harris was arraigned in the Town of Ripley Court and released on his own recognizance.

GERRY - Kenneth G. Moore, 36, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation on Nov. 30. At 7:24 p.m. deputies stopped Moore for driving on a suspended license on Route 380. Further investigation revealed Moore was in possession of a shotgun that he could not legally have. Moore was arraigned in the Town of Gerry Court and remanded to Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.

KIANTONE - Justin E. Mueller, 27, of Clarendon, Pa. was charged with driving while intoxicated BAC of .08 or greater, speeding, littering and loud exhaust on Dec. 1. At 2 a.m. deputies observed a vehicle on Route 60 speeding with a loud exhaust. As the deputy was pulling behind the vehicle, the driver threw out trash from the window. Mueller was identified as the driver and observed to be intoxicated. He was released to a third party and will answer the charges in Kiantone Town Court at a later date.
