Fay Lee "Mike" Barrett, 81 years old, of Pearl Street Brocton, New York passed away at his home after a lengthy illness early Monday morning Dec. 3, 2012. He was surrounded by his loving family.
Mike was born Feb. 10, 1931 in the Town of Chautauqua, the son of the late Lee and May Kelly Barrett.
He then moved to the Brocton area where he spent most of his life. He was a retired truck driver having driven truck his entire life.

He also was a member of the American Legion John W Dill Post 434 of Brocton, New York.
Mike was the beloved husband of Margaret Ann Edwards Barrett, whom he married May 9 1953. This coming May, they would have celebrated 60 years of marriage together. He is also survived by four sons: Michael (Kim) Barrett, Randall (Lynne) Barrett, Russell (Lisa) Barrett and Robert Barrett, all of Brocton, New York. Two daughters: Mrs. Patricia (Charles) Suppo of Huber Heights, Ohio and Mrs. Sandra (William) Hall of Brocton, New York. One brother, Lee Barrett of Jamestown, New York; 17 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
Friends are invited to call at the Morse Funeral Home, 51 Highland Ave. in Brocton, New York on Thursday, December 6, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9. Private Funeral Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
