Irving woman charged with DWI

CATTARAUGUS INDIAN RESERVATION - On Sunday at about 10:15 a.m., Nancy Jimerson, 28, of Irving was charged with driving while intoxicated.

She was stopped by troopers on Route 438 for reportedly failing to stop at a stop sign and a seatbelt violation. Reportedly, she failed field sobriety tests.

She was taken to state police barracks in Collins for processing. According to troopers, a breath test was administered in which Jimerson registered a blood alcohol content of .16 percent. She was released on several traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Brant Court on Jan. 11.
