Koch's famous Holiday Beer is once again being sold throughout the holiday season. This year, the bottle has a new look with a festive red and green label and the date 1982 clearly printed on each bottle. Changing the date every year conveys the distinctiveness of this limited edition beer that Koch's brews just once a year. The tradition started when Fred Koch, the brewery's founder, first brewed a holiday beer for his family, friends and employees. That custom has been maintained since 1888.
