Barker Library closed today
The Darwin R. Barker Library will be closed all day on Friday for construction. The library is located at 7 Day St. in Fredonia.
Cookie Walk Dec. 15
The Dewittville-Hartfield United Methodist Church will host its annual Cookie Walk Dec. 15. Hours are 9 a.m. to noon unless sold out before noon. Walk the Cookie Table and choose your favorites for your holiday table or a tasty gift. Cookies are $4 per dozen or six dozen for $23. The church is located on Route 430 at Meadows Road in Dewittville.
Lakeshore Humane Society to hold Pet Adoption Day/Open House
The Lakeshore Humane Society will hold a Pet Adoption Day/Open House at its Adoption Center on Dec. 15 from noon to 4 p.m. The center is located at 431 E. Chestnut St., Dunkirk. There will also be gift items for sale.
