Barker Library has new holiday exhibits

December 15, 2012
The OBSERVER

The Darwin R. Barker Museum in Fredonia invites the community to visit its new holiday exhibits. The museum is decorated throughout in traditional Victorian fashion, including a Christmas tree with real candles.

A special holiday display of antique toys and games for children is in place. The museum especially hopes that grandparents might visit the museum with their grandchildren, and share memories of their own childhood fun.

The Darwin R. Barker Museum is located adjacent to the Barker Library at 7 Day St. in Fredonia. Hours are Tuesdays from 4 to 8 p.m., and Saturdays from 1 to 5 p.m. For more information, call the museum at 672-2114 or the library at 672-5297.
