Cassadaga native Roxanne (Ulrich) Pulitzer and boat racer John Haggin, wed only 48 days ago, have filed for divorce in West Palm Beach, Fla. The couple wed on a weekend in Las Vegas after dating less than two months, and he has been disinherited from the family's $200 million fortune by his mother, Naomi Haggin.

A four-volume encyclopedia of architects, published by Macmillan, has just been released after four years in the making and includes Fredonia State University College art professor Daniel D. Reiff as one of its authors. Dr. Reiff wrote the biographies for the five American architects who designed buildings in the nation's capital, including James Hoban, who designed the White House.
