State Police at Jamestown

On Tuesday, Trevor Pitts, 31, of Buffalo was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment and processed at state police barracks at Jamestown.

In November, 2012, Troopers responded to a harassment call in the city of Jamestown.

Reportedly, the suspect had been threatening the victim over the phone and through text messages. Pitts was arraigned in the City of Jamestown Court and released on his own recognizance.

BEMUS POINT - On Tuesday, Wendy Chapman, 57, of Bemus Point, was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Troopers responded to a complaint of a vehicle stuck in a yard of a residence in Bemus Point. Upon arrival, the officer observed the driver, in an allegedly intoxicated condition. Reportedly, she failed several field sobriety tests. Chapman was transported to the state police barracks in Jamestown where she provided a breath sample that was reported to be .16.

Chapman was then processed, issued tickets returnable to the Town of Ellery Court, and released to a sober individual. The property owner declined to press additional charges against Chapman
