Brian Tarnowski of Brocton and Cynthia Tarnowski of Brocton announce the engagement of their daughter, Kari Tarnowski, to Jeffrey Potter Jr., son of Jeff and Kelley Potter of Westfield.
The bride-to-be is a 2006 graduate of Brocton Central School. She graduated from St. Bonaventure University in 2009 with a BA in modern languages and in 2010, with an MS in adolescence education. She is currently employed as a Spanish teacher at Dunkirk Middle School.
Her fiance is a 2008 graduate of Brocton Central School. He graduated from SUNY Fredonia in 2011 with a BS in business management. He is currently employed as co-manager of 84 Lumber in Kennedy.
