Editor, OBSERVER:
Late in the evening ... the children sleep
The snow, it blows outside ...
It's starting to get deep ...
It's the night before Christmas ...
And the kids all day they sighed ...
They told their mom and dad ...
With this weather, Santa won't arrive ...
And they went upstairs with tears ...
And dad, he only smiled ...
He knew that Santa Claus would be here in awhile ...
When morning came ...
The kids, they cheered ...
So happy and so glad ...
They were just too young to know ...
Santa was their dad!
