RANDOLPH - Harvey E. Miller, 86, of 5269 Harris Road, Randolph, NY, passed away Sunday, December 23, 2012 at home.
A member of the Old Order of Amish, he was born January 19, 1926 in Wayne County, Ohio, son of the late Eli J. and Elizabeth J. Hershberger Miller.
