The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning which is in effect from 2 p.m. this afternoon until 10 a.m. Thursday. This afternoon snow and blowing snow are predicted and snow may be heavy at times with accumulations from three to six inches. High temperatures will range from the 30s along the Lake Erie shore to the mid 20s inland. Chance of snow near 100 percent.
