Zachary Plumley, 17, of North Roberts Road was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance on Dec. 20 on a bench warrant.
Messiak M. Gonzalez, 25, of Grant Avenue was charged with two counts of third-degree assault from previous charges and second-degree assault on Dec. 20.
Emily J. Steinwichs, 21, of Cassadaga was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny on Dec. 20.
Harold D. Voss, 23, of Silver Creek was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign and unlicensed operation on Dec. 22.
Michael A. Orazio of Irving was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, failure to signal, third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana on Dec. 22.
Merrit Wolcott, 22, of Main Street was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation on Dec. 22.
Gina E. Maycock, 26, of South Roberts Road was charged with petit larceny on Dec. 23.
Luis P. Vasquez, 24, of King Street was charged with third-degree assault from a bench warrant on Dec. 24.
State Police Thruway
EDEN - On Friday evening Gerald L. Aldrich, 51, of Conneaut, Ohio, was charged with exposure of a person following an incident on the New York State Thruway.
Aldrich was charged following an investigation by troopers at the Interstate 90 rest area in the Town of Eden. He was arraigned before Town of Eden Judge Michael Cooper and committed to the Erie County Holding Center in lieu of $2,000 bail.
