The 400 block of Central Avenue will once again get a new sign. The Dunkirk Planning Board approved a sign for 404 Central Ave.
New York Stylez Barber and Boutique was granted a two foot by 12 foot sign that will be flush against the building. Owner Tylah DeJesus came to the meeting with a drawing from RE Sign & Design.
"What Enzo (Rossi of RE Sign) was saying it might hang out a bit," DeJesus said in regard to the sign being against the building.

Owner of New York Stylez Tylah DeJesus came to the Dunkirk Planning Board for a sign to be placed at 404 Central Ave.
The sign will have colors but the design brought to the planning board did not have colors. Board member Andy Bohn questioned the colors.
"I have no problem with (the sign) but should we see colors?" he asked.
DeJesus said the sign will not have any drastic colors. She will meet with Rossi and finalize the design. Once finalized, the design will be brought to the planning board. The board approved the sign with the contingency they review the final sign design before the sign is placed.
