Mixed Division
Fredonia Steelers 4, Olean Arrows 2 - Fredonia scored three goals in the third period to pull off the victory over the Arrows at Steele Hall.
Nick Pchelka scored a pair of goals for the Steelers while Austin Venn and Owen Nicosia each scored in the win. Hunter Rizzo picked up an assist while Nick Novelli earned the win in net.
The Steelers improved to 6-12-2 in league play with the win.
Fredonia Steelers 3, Jamestown Lakers 3 - The Steelers scored two goals in the last 3:08 of regulation to rally for a tie with the Lakers at Jamestown Savings Bank Ice Arena.
The Lakers opened the scoring 12 seconds into the second, with the Steelers tying the game three minutes later on a goal by Cassie Essek. Jamestown's two goals in the third gave them a 3-1 lead, before Carter D'Agostino got the Steelers within one, 3-2. Then, with 1:25 left, Owen Nicosia tied the game, helping Nick Novelli earn the tie between the pipes.

Basketball League
Final signups are being held for the Dunkirk City Basketball League.
Team captains must come to Big Daddy's Lounge in the back for the last meeting on Thursday, Jan. 17 at 6 p.m.

Hanover Little League
Softball and baseball registration for the 2013 Hanover Little League season will be held Saturday, Jan. 26 in the Silver Creek High School cafeteria from 9 a.m. to noon; Tuesday, Jan. 29 at Forestville Elementary School lobby from 6-8 p.m.; Thursday, Jan. 31 at Silver Creek Central High School cafeteria from 6-8 p.m.; and Saturday, Feb. 2 at Forestville Elementary School lobby from 9 a.m. to noon.
Contact Caroline Mullen at 432-4002 with any questions. The next board meeting is scheduled for Sunday, Jan. 13 at 6 p.m., at Mt. Carmel Parish Hall. All are welcome.
Indoor Youth
Soccer Sign-ups
Area boys and girls who are age 4-13 between Jan. 25 and April 27 may sign up for indoor youth soccer.
Sign ups will take place Monday, Jan. 14, in the lobby of Chautauqua Lake Central School in Mayville. Age groups will be 4-5, 6-8, 9-11 and 12-13.
Teams are coed and practices are limited. The program will run from Feb. 2 through April 27. Each team will play one Saturday at Family First Sports Park in Erie (included in the fee).
Ages 4-5 play Saturday mornings at the Eason Hall in Westfield, older children play on Saturday afternoon at various schools in the area.
The fee is $20 for the first child, $15 for the second and $10 for the third (max. of $45 per family), but scholarships are available.

Silver Creek
Babe Ruth Softball
Silver Creek Babe Ruth softball will be holding registrations for the upcoming 2013 season on Tuesday, Jan. 15, from 6-7:30 p.m. Both registrations will be held in the Silver Creek High School cafeteria.
The league is open to girls ages 7-16.
