Julie Weaver and Phillip Lawrie of Silver Creek, together with their families, announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of James and Kathryn Ziemba of Fredonia. She is a 2002 graduate of Forestville Central School and a 2011 graduate of Jamestown Community College (JCC). She is employed by Brooks Hospital as a registered nurse.
The prospective groom is the son of Steve and Cynthia Lawrie of Dunkirk. He is a 1997 graduate of Dunkirk High School and attended SUNY Fredonia. He graduated from JCC in 2005. He is also employed by Brooks Hospital as a registered nurse.
