The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory from 1 p.m. today until 5 a.m. Tuesday for parts of Western New York including Chautauqua County. in Cattaraugus County, the wind advisory runs from 6 p.m. today to 5 a.m. Tuesday. Gusts could reach 50 mph.
The strong winds will result in isolated power outages and bring down a few tree limbs. Travel in high profile vehicles will be difficult at times.
