OBSERVER Staff Report
Dunkirk Police have apprehended four juvenile males and a juvenile female in connection with a residential burglary in the 700 block of Central Avenue on Jan. 21.
The five were issued Family Court appearance tickets with a total of 19 charges, including second-degree burglary, petit larceny, fourth-degree conspiracy and second-degree criminal trespass.
