The SUNY Fredonia Technology Incubator and the Chautauqua County Chamber of Commerce invite the public to the Business Speaker Series Thursday at the SUNY Fre-donia Technology Incubator, 214 Central Ave., Dunkirk.
At 4 p.m., "Governor Cuomo's 2013 NY State of the State address" will be presented by Sam Hoyt, Regional President, Empire State Development Corp.
At 5 p.m., "The Affordable Care Act and NYS Health Insurance Exchange Chall-enges and Opportunities" will be presented by Greg Krauza, Community Cham-ber Development Corp
At 5:15 p.m., "Chamber Initiatives Affecting our Bus-iness Climate" will be presented by Todd Tranum, Pres-ident/CEO CCCC/-MAST.
And "Updates on Activities in the Dunkirk Harborfront" will be presented by Dunkirk Mayor A.J. Dolce followed by networking and post-series discussion at 6 p.m. at Big Daddy's Lounge, 201 Central Ave. (across from the Incubator).
