Chautauqua County Court

MAYVILLE - District Attorney David W. Foley announced the following pleas and sentences in Chautauqua County Court:

Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office

HANOVER - Brandon P. Orlando, 28, of Fredonia was charged Friday with failure to keep right, driving across hazard markings, driving while intoxicated common law and DWI per se. Deputies allegedly observed Orlando swerve over the yellow and white lines several times on Route 39. He was issued tickets and will appear in the Hanover Town Court at a later date.

JAMESTOWN - Sara N. Miller, 20, of Jamestown, was charged Feb. 26 with petit larceny and fifth-degree welfare fraud after she allegedly received $1,000 in SNAP/food stamp benefits while living out of state. Miller will appear in the Jamestown City Court at a later date.

Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office

ASHFORD - Frank Quagliana IV, 23, of Westfield, was charged Saturday with failure to keep right, driving while intoxicated common law and DWI per se after a traffic stop on Route 219. He allegedly failed field sobriety tests.

He was processed by Ellicottville Police and released with tickets.
