Bill and Cindy Wlodarek of Dunkirk and Joe and Bridgette Devine of Glen Allen, Va., announce the engagement of their children, Chelsea Devine and Chad Wlodarek, both of Richmond, Va.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Hermitage High School and currently is attending J. Sargent Renyolds Community College. She is employed by the County of Henrico.
The prospective groom is a 2005 graduate of Dunkirk High School and a 2007 graduate of Erie Community College. He is also employed by the County of Henrico.
