Julie Ann Fedyszyn and Charles Allen Kuell, along with their families, announce their engagement. Fedyszyn is the daughter of John and Darlene Fedyszyn of Lady Lake, Fla. Kuell is the son of Dorothy Kuell and the late Charles Kuell of Silver Creek.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Fredonia High School. She also graduated from programs at Jamestown Community College, Hilbert College and the University of Buffalo. She is currently employed as a rehabilitative coordinator for New York State.
The prospective groom is a graduate of Silver Creek High School and Jamestown Community College. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army Reserve and the National Guard. He is currently self-employed as a property maintenance contractor.
