Town of Persia has clean court audit

PERSIA - The town of Persia has had a clear court audit. It was announced at a monthly meeting for the town board. Councilperson Gloria Tomaszewski made the announcement.

"As always, Judge Arnold Andolsek and his court clerk Denise (Trumpore) had everything in order," she said.

The audit was recently completed and the town was applauded for having a clean one.

The town also approved a student intern for the highway department. Mike Naples, a senior, will intern with Highway Superintendent Daniel Ackley and the rest of the department for about a month.

The town approved the internship pending attorney approval and insurance paperwork being filed.
