SOUTH DAYTON - Jane A. Snyder, 68, a retired nursing aide for DDSO, died Saturday, March 30, 2013 at her home on Bentley Road in South Dayton, N.Y. She was born February 12, 1945 in Silver Creek, N.Y. the daughter of Kenneth F. and Alberta M. (Butcher) Willson.
She worked for JN Adams for 19 years in dietary, prior to that she was a homemaker and help mate to her husband on the family farm. A lifetime member of the Dayton Historical Society, Jane loved to watch good movies, and enjoyed the birds and flowers in her garden, but
most of all loved to have her family near by.She is survived by her husband, Larry G. Snyder of South Dayton, N.Y.; Larry Bruce (Cynthia) Snyder (son) of South Dayton, N.Y, Joetta A. (Stephen) Pollock (daughter) of South Dayton, N.Y., Matthew G. (Karin) Snyder (son) of Fredonia, N.Y., Gretchen A. Gage (daughter) of South Dayton, N.Y., two grandsons: Kelvin J. Snyder of Williamsville, N.Y., Nicholas L.

Willson of Tenn., Bruce Willson of upper Holland, Pa., and Reid Willson of Springtown, Texas.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her sister Wilma Kleinschmidt. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Hills Funeral Chapel, 478 Balcom Corners, Route 83, South Dayton. Annette Puleff will be officiating. Burial will be in the Markham Lutheran Cemetery in Town of Dayton.
