Tulip time

April 24, 2013
The OBSERVER

On Earth Day, students at Dunkirk's School 4 were reminded of their drug free promise. Last October during Red Ribbon Week, the students, with the help of Tom Tarnowski, planted the red tulip bulbs to promise to be drug free. At the time, their principal, Kimberlee Texter, told the students the flowers would remind them of their promise each year.
