A 22-year-old Dunkirk man has learned that 13 can be very unlucky.
In a report issued this morning, Zacre T. Jasinski is facing third- and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance felony charges as well as resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration and unlawful possession of marijuana charges after officers became aware of a suspicious situation between Antelope and Gazelle streets earlier this week.
Upon investigation, a city officer observed a strong odor of marijuana coming from a parked vehicle. The officer attempted to interview Jasinski, who then exited the vehicle and attempted to flee. After a brief chase, Jasinski was nabbed and found to be in possession of 13 baggies of marijuana and 13 baggies of cocaine.
Jasinski was arraigned by Judge Walter Drag after being charged on Sunday.
